Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and multi-service visits.

Deposits

Some services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts are shown during the booking process and are configured per service. Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the service selected.

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

Rescheduling

To reschedule without charge, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule by logging into your account or calling us.

Group & Multiple Services

For multi-service appointments, each service is assigned to a beautician. Your appointment time reflects the total duration of all selected services.
